Don Bearie

Don is a versatile audio engineer who’s worked on projects spanning from Jazz to Metal. Whether the song is acoustic or electronic, you can count on his drive and passion to complete your project with confidence. After studying Music Industry Management at Ferris State University, he continued his education online through DubSpot’s Music Theory and Production programs.  

Finally, Don studied engineering at the Colorado Sound Media Labs and since then he’s interned and engineered here at Colorado Sound Studios.

While working at the studio, Don has been lucky enough to work with clients such as Jody Breeze (Boyz N’ Tha Hood), Eric Gunnison, Neyla Pekarek (formerly of the Lumineers), Lettuce, Sean Lennon, Blocboy JB, King Princess and many more. Don has also worked on countless live gigs for the Studio which include artists like Halsey, One Republic, Portugal the Man, Glass Animals, 311, Nial Horan and many more. Whether it’s a live project or a studio album Don is excited to help you accomplish your vision.
